As a Customer Service Representative, you will aid us in expansion by communicating directly with potential customers. Your responsibilities include promoting our service, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting performance targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a good mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Engage with potential consumers to introduce them to our offerings. - Educate potential customers about the advantages and characteristics of our products and services. - Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our product and service offerings. - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets. - Develop and maintain positive client connections to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds - Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
