Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and cooking a variety of kebab dishes, wraps, burgers, and other menu items., • Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation., • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations., • Managing stock and minimizing waste., • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience as a cook, preferably within a takeaway or restaurant setting., • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices., • Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail., • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team., • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
