The successful applicants will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities: - Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items - Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu ideas - Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef/pizza chef or similar role in a restaurant or culinary establishment - Knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices At Cibo we offer competitive pay, social working hours and a supportive work environment.
