Working for Luciano's you will be in charge of the day to day running of the coffee shop, Successfully managed day-to-day operations of a coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Oversee a team, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high-quality service standards. Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively delegating tasks, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment. Implemented efficient systems for inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability. Maintained a welcoming atmosphere by curating an aesthetically pleasing ambiance and ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards. Developed and implemented creative marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness. Proactively resolved customer concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Actively engaged with customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized service to enhance their experience. Responsibilities: Prepare various beverages such as espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas Handle cash and card payments accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained and operated Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing knowledgeable menu suggestions and up-selling products as appropriate Requirements: Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential Knowledge of coffee and other beverage preparations Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends Good communication skills Ability to work in a team.
