Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving company targets and long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams, • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies, • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations, • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems, • Provide regular performance reports to management Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred), • Proven experience in business development or sales, • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset Experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales, • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, • Opportunities for career growth and training, • Supportive and professional working environment, • Company benefits package
