You will be supporting within a short term service for children and young people; stabilising and preparing them for permanent family homes. Shift pattern: 9am-10.30pm, sleep in, 6.30am-10.30pm, sleep in, 6.30am-9.30AM - Home 2 days on - back-to-back followed by 4 days off 4 days off. Salary: Dependent on qualifications, ranging from £13.00 - £14.50 per hour + sleep in payment of £50 per night. This averages to £32,000 - £34,600 per annum You will be offering therapeutic care for children aged 4 to 11 years. The service supports young children who have experienced trauma, particularly within caregiving relationships, through highly nurturing, family-style homes registered with Ofsted. You will be working for a company owned and run by experienced social work qualified Directors, with previous experience in managing successful children's social care businesses. You will be working for a highly regarded, knowledgeable and experienced team who have the qualifications and experience to provide you the training and support you need, to be able to flourish within this role.
