Responsibilities • Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs with precision and care, • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards, • Provide excellent guest services by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations, • Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client flow and timely service delivery, • Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage to enhance guest experience, • Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, special offers, and upcoming events, • Assist with managing the salon’s overall guest experience, including handling inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Requirements • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role; certification/license required where applicable, • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, • Ability to perform detailed nail work including intricate designs and creative art techniques, • Knowledge of current trends in nail fashion, makeup application, and related beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and deep tissue massage, • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor, • Management skills or experience preferred for overseeing appointments or assisting with salon operations, • Familiarity with social media management tools to promote services and engage with clients online Join us if you’re passionate about beauty artistry, eager to develop your skills across multiple beauty disciplines, and ready to deliver memorable guest experiences!
