Pay rate effective from 1st April 2025 Offering new loyalty incentive - extra 50p per hour paid after 1 years continuous service What will I be doing? - Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly. - Leading shifts and taking ownership in the absence of the Head Chef. - Adhering to the highest standards, including cleanliness and organising deep cleans. - Training the team alongside the Head Chef. - Completing all prep as required and taking responsibility for your workstation. - Work collaboratively in a team alongside the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the curry section of the menu, ensuring that curry dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Prepare a variety of classic Indian curry dishes. Maintain consistency and presentation of dishes, ensuring every meal meets our standards. Experiment with flavours, spices, and techniques to create exciting curry recipes while adhering to traditional methods. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Work closely with the head chef to manage inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients. Ensure the timely preparation and serving of dishes during peak times.
