The Role We’re looking for two enthusiastic Dental Therapists to join our private practices in Saltash and Callington, Cornwall. Working closely with experienced clinicians, you’ll play a key role in patient care: restorative therapy, radiographs, preventative advice, oral health education, and supporting even the most nervous patients. What you’ll bring • Diploma or BSc in Dental Therapy/Hygiene, with GDC registration, • Proven experience delivering hygiene and therapy services within scope, • Compassionate, calm, and approachable manner, especially with anxious patients, • Strong teamwork skills and high clinical standards Key Responsibilities • Comprehensive oral health assessments, • Preventive hygiene care, • Restorative therapy within GDC scope, • Radiographs to support diagnosis and treatment plans, • Personalised oral hygiene education, • Gentle support for anxious patients, • Accurate patient records, teamwork with dentists, nurses, and reception, • Meeting GDC CPD and scope-of-practice requirements What’s in it for you? • Purpose-built modern surgeries with digital tools, • 7 weeks’ annual leave (incl. bank holidays, pro rata), • Private medical insurance, company pension, uniform, • Paid GDC fees, CPD access, and staff discounts, • Free routine treatment + discounted cosmetic treatment, • Regular team socials (because enjoying work matters too) The Details • Hours: Full/part-time, permanent, • Salary: £62,010–£72,345 pro rata, • Start date: October 2025 Ready to help us redefine dentistry?
