The ideal candidate has strong sewing experience, excellent craftsmanship, and a sharp eye for detail and finishing. Responsibilities • Sew custom pillows to exact measurements and design specifications, • Create intricate fabric accessories with precision and consistency, • Cut, assemble, and finish fabrics using industrial or domestic sewing machines, • Work with a variety of fabrics, trims, zippers, piping, and decorative details, • Ensure all products meet high quality and craftsmanship standards, • Read and interpret patterns, sketches, and client instructions, • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, • Inspect completed items for accuracy, durability, and clean finishing Requirements • Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or sewing professional, • Strong sewing and construction skills, • Exceptional attention to detail and quality, • Experience with custom orders and intricate fabric work preferred, • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines, • Knowledge of fabrics, sewing techniques, and finishing methods, • Reliable, organized, and creative mindset
