Job Description for Family Support Worker Family support workers help families with long and short-term difficulties. The main duties of the role would include: - Work one-on-one with vulnerable families to reduce inequalities between those in greatest need and their peers. - Facilitating the delivery of targeted support groups and parenting programmes. - Competently and accurately record observations on case management systems with an awareness that the information you supply may be used in legal proceedings.
