Temporary Administrator Rayleigh, Essex £15 per hour Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (approx. 4 weeks) Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their busy sales team on a temporary basis. This varied role will see you supporting Sales Account Managers and customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth running of the sales function. The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills. Responsibilities: Provide support to Sales Account Managers and customers, ensuring enquiries, quotations and orders are handled accurately and efficiently Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and providing a high level of customer service Prepare and issue quotations in a timely manner Process sales orders and ensure all information is entered accurately Maintain and update customer and opportunity records within the CRM system Liaise with customers and internal teams to support the smooth running of the sales process Monitor and manage customer information, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date What we're looking for: Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks Experience using CRM systems and internal databases High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Customer focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skillsOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
