Job Description We are seeking a proactive and reliable Project Manager to take overall responsibility for managing a range of works including construction, refurbishment, and property maintenance projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing multiple ongoing jobs, and ensuring all works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients and will play an important role in supporting the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage multiple projects including extensions, refurbishments, and maintenance works, • Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and coordination, • Manage labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries across projects, • Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and required standards, • Monitor progress, quality, and timelines across all active jobs, • Identify and resolve issues on site proactively, • Maintain site organisation, safety, and complianceOperations & Coordination, • Plan and organise work schedules across multiple sites, • Coordinate different trades and ensure smooth workflow, • Manage small works, reactive maintenance, and ongoing refurbishment tasks, • Track materials and site requirements, • Report regularly on project progress and performanceBusiness & Client Management, • Act as the main point of contact for clients, • Attend site visits and meetings, • Assist with preparing quotations and scopes of work, • Follow up on enquiries and support securing new projects, • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliersRequirements, • Experience in construction, refurbishment, or property maintenance, • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, • Good understanding of site operations and construction processes, • Ability to read and interpret drawings, • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, • Good communication and client-facing ability, • Hands-on and proactive approachRole Overview This is a hands-on, all-round role suited to someone who can take ownership of both site delivery and project coordination, while also contributing to the overall growth and smooth running of the business.
