We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our new Pho Restaurant. NEW PHO RESTAURANT OPENING IN ++BRISTOL CRIBBS CAUSEWAY++ Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen. ++Annual alary offer of up to £41,300++ ++is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.++ Who and what is Pho? Assisting both the Head Chef with managerial duties and being a mentor to our wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs., • Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations

E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
