Responsibilities Cost Management & Reporting Assist in the preparation of detailed cost plans, budgets, and valuations, supporting accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting across refurbishment and maintenance packages. Procurement & Subcontractor Support Support the end-to-end procurement process, including preparation of tender documentation, issuing enquiries, analysing subcontractor returns, and assisting in the commercial evaluation and appointment process. Commercial Administration Manage core commercial activities including variations, interim valuations, payment applications, and maintaining accurate cost records in line with project and contractual requirements. Project Support & Coordination Work closely with site teams, project managers, and senior commercial staff to support delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective coordination within a live, operational, and high-security environment. Learning & Development Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying, developing knowledge of contracts, cost control, and commercial management while working towards professional accreditation and long-term career progression.
