Job Profile: To assist with processing all damage recharges, book repairs into external body shops, daily audit of fleet, distribution of keys and general office duties. Responsibilities: • Oversee the off-hire process, ensuring external inspection, mechanical inspection and hoist inspection are carried out within 24 hours of the vehicle returning to the depot., • Assist Vehicle Technicians and Hoist Engineers with vehicle damage identification., • Changing the status/location and booking all vehicles in and out of the site before/after 3 rd party repairs., • Carry out vehicle audits and daily availability reports., • Distribute and log all key movements., • Open jobs on in-house system for workshop repairs., • Raise POs on in-house system for third party repairs., • Ensure that the company’s health and safety policy and procedures are adhered to in relation to all depot operations., • Any other ad-hoc duties.
