Senior Project Manager Bideford £80,000-£82,000 & Senior Package Sphere Solutions are working with a successful large regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major new scheme in North Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a land mark scheme and take a leading role in the delivery of a prestigious development programme. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the successful delivery of a major multi-storey development, • Take overall responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance and health & safety, • Manage and coordinate the site-based project team, • Work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain, • Oversee construction activities from early stages through to completion, • Monitor project progress against programme and key milestones, • Ensure works are delivered to the required quality and specification, • Manage risks, issues and project constraints effectively, • Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities, • Provide strong leadership and direction to the wider project team, • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental requirements, • Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders About You • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on major construction schemes, • Strong traditional build experience, • Previous experience delivering multi-storey residential developments / apartment schemes, • Experience working with precast concrete and complex structural elements, • A strong understanding of programme, quality, commercial and health & safety requirements The contractor is keen to interview quickly, so applications are being considered immediately.
