A bit about the job • You'll lead our Mid-Market Team in Belfast, reporting to the Branch Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland., • This team works closely with brokers to deliver outstanding service and drive growth., • Your role will be to inspire, develop, and support your team to achieve strong performance., • Proven experience in team leadership or management, ideally in a mid-market setting., • Ability to build strong relationships and motivate others., • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., • Experience working in an insurer or broker environment is preferred Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
