The Role You’ll lead an already high-performing home, fully self-funded, at full occupancy, and operating with a stable, engaged team and zero agency use. This role is about continuation, keeping the exceptional standards, evolving culture, and driving sustained performance across quality, people and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care., • Maintain full regulatory compliance and outstanding quality outcomes., • Protect and evolve the culture of excellence and engagement already in place., • Drive continued commercial performance, occupancy and reputation within the private market., • Partner closely with the wider leadership team to embed best practice and innovation across the service. Who You Are • An accomplished Home Manager with a proven track record in self-funded luxury or private-market care., • Commercially minded, quality-driven, and emotionally intelligent., • Known for creating high-performing, happy teams that deliver outstanding care., • Confident, professional, and values-led — someone who leads with authenticity and purpose.
