Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Jade Wok’s brand image, menu offerings, seasonal promotions, and customer loyalty. Conduct market research and analyse local customer preferences, food trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales data to identify business growth opportunities. Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media promotion, leaflet distribution, menu advertising, special offers, and local community promotions. Create, update, and improve marketing materials such as menus, posters, promotional content, online advertisements, customer communications, and business listings. Manage the company’s digital presence and build relationships with customers, local businesses, community groups, and potential partners to increase brand awareness, improve customer retention, and support revenue growth.
