With a focus on quality food, reliable service, and customer satisfaction, we are now seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support our continued growth and local market expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase customer reach, strengthen market presence, and support the long-term growth of Jade Wok. Conduct market research to understand local customer demand, food trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the takeaway and hospitality sector. Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, community organisations, suppliers, and potential commercial partners to enhance brand awareness and business performance. Support the planning and delivery of promotional activities, customer loyalty initiatives, local partnerships, and business development campaigns to increase sales and customer retention. Work closely with the management team to analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and market information, providing practical recommendations to improve services, revenue, and business operations.
