We would like to hear from you if you: • Are a qualified teacher who has completed appropriate QTS teacher training, • Are confident in teaching a broad range of subjects within the KS1 curriculum., • Are able to provide an inclusive learning environment to suit all pupils, • Are willing to work with the school SENDCo to support pupils’ needs, • Are able to commit to and share the school’s values., • Are able to meet all of the DfE Teachers’ standards, • Are dynamic, self-motivated and flexible, • Have high expectations of all pupils’ attainment, progress and behaviour, • Have strong digital skills – for enhancing learning and work efficiency, • Have a personal philosophy of teaching which reflects our approach, • Work effectively as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues, • Plan effectively and are sensitive to the learning needs of pupils of different abilities, • Regularly assesses pupils’ work formally and informally, using Assessment for Learning strategies, • Are approachable and confident in dealings with pupils’ parents and external agencies, • Have good administration skills, • Have good class management skills, • Are enthusiastic, innovative and creative with a commitment to the extra-curricular life of the school All staff at Warlingham Park work well together towards the schools shared goals.
