Traffic Management Operative Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Temporary] Hours: Monday - Friday Weekend work available (day shifts and night shifts available) We are looking for experienced and reliable Traffic Management Operatives to join our team. The Role As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management systems on highways and work sites, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and site requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Installing, maintaining and removing traffic management equipment, • Setting out signs, cones, barriers and temporary traffic control measures, • Working safely on highways and around live traffic, • Carrying out site checks and reporting any issues, • Following RAMS, health & safety procedures and site instructions, • Working effectively as part of a team, • Maintaining a professional and safety-conscious approach at all times Requirements • A valid Lantra-accredited Traffic Management ticket is essential, • Good understanding of highway safety and traffic management procedures, • Reliable, punctual and safety-focused, • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, • CSCS or other relevant site qualifications would be advantageous What We Offer • Competitive rates of pay, • Supportive working environment, • Opportunities for ongoing work and progression To apply: Please send your CV and details of your current traffic management qualifications/tickets.
