Your new company Hays are partnered with a well-established civil engineering contractor, operating nationally, who are seeking a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support delivery of a long-term highways framework in the North West. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will: • Manage commercial delivery of asphalt surfacing schemes under NEC4 contracts., • Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments, and change control., • Lead cost forecasting, valuations, and reporting across multiple workstreams., • Handle compensation events and ensure NEC4 compliance., • Collaborate with delivery teams and maintain strong client relationships., • Monitor risks, performance, and framework KPIs.
