Salary £32,000 Per Annum Role Overview (Manchester and Liverpool) Trailberg is a premium outdoor lifestyle brand known for high-performance gear and apparel. Our stores are more than retail spaces they're hubs for adventure enthusiasts and communities passionate about the outdoors. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Manchester Arndale team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service, • Oversee daily store operations including stock management, merchandising, and visual standards, • Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies, • Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture, • Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive commercial decisions and improve store performance, • Represent the Trailberg brand with professionalism and passion, both in-store and within the local community, • Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, events, and product launches Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor sectors, • Strong leadership and team development skills, • Commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data, • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, • Proficiency in retail systems, Shopify and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams), • Passion for outdoor activities and the Trailberg brand ethos Desirable • Experience managing a flagship or high-footfall store, • Visual merchandising expertise Benefits • 25 days holidays, plus England Bank Holidays, • Staff discount on company brands, • Uniform Allowance, • EAP & Health Care cash plan via Health Shield, • Flexible working to support work life balance, • Mortgage benefit scheme
