Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable 2/3 man Bricklaying Gang to join our construction team. The successful candidates will work collaboratively to execute bricklaying and masonry tasks on various building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of traditional and modern construction techniques, with an emphasis on safety, precision, and efficiency. The Bricklaying Gang will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely manner, contributing to the successful completion of projects within deadlines. Responsibilities • Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units according to specified plans and standards, • Prepare surfaces and foundations prior to bricklaying activities, • Operate hand tools such as trowels, levels, and chisels to achieve precise results, • Collaborate with other trades, • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency, • Proven experience in bricklaying, masonry, or related construction roles is essential, • Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment is preferred, • Valid CSCS card, • One member of the gang must hold a valid UK driving licence to be able to commute between both sites, Truro and Camborne
