Trainee Account Executive – Key responsibilities (but not limited to) Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients. Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly. Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions. Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products or services. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Account Growth and Upselling: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue. Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives. Requirements: Previous B2B sales/business development experience GCSE including Maths (4/C) Previous sales experience Why Join Us?
