Assisting with purchase order (agreed legal spend) and money transfer requests. Supporting with the transition of legal documents and contract novation. Potential to oversee all legal matters (with support from the head of legal) for all sites in a certain jurisdiction and be the main point of contact to gain experience as a junior legal counsel. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Legal Manager or company Management For the role, the candidate will have the following: • Strong academic background with a degree., • Experience gained working for a law firm would also be preferred (but not essential)., • Proactive and detail orientated with a demonstrable ability to gather information from relevant teams and to support in the review of contractual terms., • Adapt and embrace changes in work practices and job activities., • Provide clear and concise written and verbal information and advice., • Good communication skills to develop positive internal and external stakeholder networks., • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise work activities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
