As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring efficiency and quality in production processes. You will lead a team of operators, coordinate schedules, and monitor performance to meet production targets. Your responsibilities also include maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments. • Supervise and guide production staff, • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, • Optimize production workflows and schedules, • Monitor product quality and equipment performance, • Communicate effectively with team members and management, • Experience in a manufacturing environment, • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, • Excellent organizational and communication abilities This is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow within a small team, lead and progress. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm
