About CompanionLine CompanionLine provides friendly scheduled phone calls to older adults across the UK. Our goal is simple: reduce loneliness, provide meaningful conversation, and give families peace of mind. We're currently preparing for launch and are looking for caring, reliable people to join our team. Your role • Make scheduled phone calls to older adults., • Build genuine, friendly relationships with clients., • Follow scheduled appointments., • Report any concerns when necessary., • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. What we're looking for • Excellent spoken English., • Friendly, patient and empathetic personality., • Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work., • Comfortable speaking on the phone., • Previous experience with older adults is a bonus but not required. Hours • Flexible, part-time., • Work is based on customer bookings., • More hours become available as the business grows. Pay • £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience. Launch Phase We're a new company, so work may be limited at first. Early team members will have the opportunity to grow with the business as our client base expands.
