Hi my name is Gennaro, Head chef at Bazlama Chingford, I am looking for a second in command to help me run this busy breakfast and brunch restaurant. If you are a responsible reliable chef with experience at managing a busy fresh food kitchen why don't we have a chat? Minimum 1-3 years of provable experience as a SOUS CHEF

Cook required for small but very busy cafe Monday to Friday approx 7:30/8am-2/3pm pm no weekends and no late nights. Only experienced kitchen staff apply

Must be able to work under pressure Deal with rotation of stock and stock order Cooking to order Good standards of cleanliness Level 2 or above of food health and safety certification. Be able to work alongside others Good customer skills

We need Greek person who is Greek Grill Chef and also he should know Greek
