Sushi Daily Whetstone! We are looking for a Part time Sushi chef or Assistant sushi chef. Here at Sushi Daily we offer daily freshly hand made sushi prepared in store at Waitrose for Customers to enjoy at home or on the go. We are looking for team members with at least 1 years of Sushi Making and fish cutting experience. • prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi, • manage food prep activities, like cooking rice, cleaning and cutting vegetables, • maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift. Our ideal candidates will be: • dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, • honest, reliable and passionate, • have weekend availability and a good level of flexibility, • Health and Safety certificate, knife handling skills, food hygiene certificates and allergens certificate preferred.
