You must be available to work from 12pm to 5.30 PM, on the agreed days, helping us handle the midday to afternoon rush. We also open weekends, so must be available to work Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm. Ideally, you’re someone with experience in coffee, but more importantly, you have a bubbly, can-do personality and love creating positive experiences for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages - Engage with customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and friendly environment - Assist with light food preparation, handling pastries, and serving items from our patisserie menu - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including the coffee bar, toilets and seating area - Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately - Restock supplies and proactively assist in keeping inventory organized What We’re Looking For: - Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred, but not essential if you’re a fast learner with a passion for coffee. We can teach you everything! - Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and able to connect with a variety of customers. I need someone to work my front of house, take orders, use a coffee machine (latte art is essential) and wait tables. Main duties will be producing well presented coffee with latte art.
