We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and create innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's vision., • Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment., • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs., • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations., • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace., • Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting and financial planning., • Uphold exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role., • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team., • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen management., • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations., • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A creative flair and passion for food innovation.
