We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional kitchen and be confident working across all sections of service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook starters to a consistently high standard., • Cook and prepare sautéed vegetables and side dishes during service., • Assist with the preparation and cooking of grilled meats, chicken, kebabs and skewers., • Ensure all dishes are presented to our restaurant’s standards., • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations., • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards., • Help with stock rotation, food preparation and reducing waste., • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and service-ready., • Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant., • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, grilling and sautéing., • Experience preparing fresh vegetables, starters and hot side dishes., • Ability to multitask and work quickly without compromising quality., • Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills., • Reliable, punctual and willing to learn., • Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).

We are looking for a long-term colleague and should be minimum 2 years experience 5 day a week/min working hours; weekday 3pm-11pm weekend 12am-11pm If there are many bookings during the week, we can offer extra days of work with extra pay. We require candidates to have knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food handling also pan seared cook method and pasta cook experience.
