Head chef to take control of the entire kitchen
"Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to the recipes and standards set by the restaurant - Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service - Assist in menu planning and development - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Skills: - Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail in food preparation and plating - Ability to adapt to changing menus and customer preferences Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
