Job Summary This position develops and manages a portfolio of assigned clients (B2B) within a specific geographical area in this sales role. Additional family cover can be arranged at a cost, • Life Assurance of x 3 Gross Basic Salary, • Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do: • Identify and convert new business opportunities, • Manage, retain, and develop accounts, • Grow the customer base to generate new revenue, • Implement customer accounts and train them on solutions, coordinate efforts to meet customer needs, • Respond to internal and external customer concerns, • Maintain and monitor customer records and account performance to objectives Your Skills & Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience, • Uncovering new business leads through door knocking, LinkedIn, Cold calling etc., • Experience within logistics would be a bonus but not essential, • Building strong business proposals, • Persistence and influence on close sales, good communication and teamwork skills, • Organization and experience with MS Office, • Initiative and ability to work independently, • A full, clean driving license (for at least two years), • You must be aged at least 21 due to our car insurance scheme
