  We are looking for a Sous Chef to cover paternity leave. We are a fully vegan venue owned by Bring Me The Horizon's Oliver Sykes, located in Sheffield's Kelham Island. We really need someone able to help with prep, food service and closing the kitchen to help us out whilst we're a team leader is down. It would be for an immediate start and for 35 hours over the course of the week, and a duration of 3 weeks (subject to change, but it wouldn't be less than this). We have a really great team and are just looking for someone who can fit in and get us through the next few weeks. Hours will be somewhat flexible, and closes are no later than 10pm.
