    As the Employee Relations Manager, you will lead and manage all employee relations matters across the organisation, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers, supporting them in handling complex people matters while fostering engagement, inclusion, and organisational effectiveness. Our organisation places people at the heart of everything we do, and your expertise will directly influence employee experience, organisational culture, and long-term success. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, absence management, safeguarding-related staff matters, and performance issues., • Provide expert advice on UK employment legislation and internal policies., • Conduct and oversee investigations, ensuring fairness and adherence to best practices., • Support and coach managers to enhance people management capabilities., • Monitor ER trends and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement., • Support organisational change initiatives and formal consultations., • Ensure HR policies remain compliant and aligned with sector best practice., • Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture. What You'll Bring: • Proven experience in Employee Relations or a senior HR advisory role., • Strong knowledge of UK employment law., • Demonstrated ability to manage complex casework independently., • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills., • Experience within the education, training, or apprenticeship sectors is desirable.
