Professional Café Barista Location: Perro, Unit 2, Kings Court, High St, King's Heath, Birmingham B14 7JZ Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Professional Café Barista to join our front-of-house team at Perro. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. You will also be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring every customer has a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages in a fast-paced café setting., • Monitor and replenish supplies as needed and adjust and calibrate equipment as required., • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, utensils, and other work surfaces., • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and serving food and beverages., • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment., • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders., • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised dining area., • Ensure high standards of food, beverage, hygiene, and customer service are maintained at all times. Experience/Qualifications • Previous work experience as a Barista, with hands-on experience using professional coffee and brewing equipment., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail., • A positive attitude and strong team-working skills., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Reliable, friendly, and professional approach to work. Schedule • Day shift, • Monday to Friday, • Weekend availability, • Flexible working hours depending on business requirements
