An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join Head Chef Stefano Turconi and our Back of House team at Franco’s on Jermyn Street, Green Park. What can you bring to the team? - Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar establishment, catering for 80 to 120 covers during each service - Good management, training and delegation skills as you will be responsible for your section while managing and training your Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs - Motivation, commitment, success orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude - Knowledge and diversity from previous roles to the team - Enthusiasm, drive & desire to learn - Imagination & creativity in the development of new recipes and dishes - Will ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food is always of the highest quality

It is an intimate space of 25 covers with a small kitchen that's fun and creative. The food is a celebration of Greek food from the grill, classic and seasonal meze plates and salads all made using premium producers and suppliers. The style of the restaurant is casual but with emphasis on quality and ethically-sourced produce. Food and soft drinks that is all freshly prepared in the restaurant from scratch and an eclectic selection of wines and beers from small producers.

Full or part time chef required. Acai Girls is 2 years old and prides themselves on serving delicious, healthy and beautifully presented dishes. We specialise in healthy food such as salads, Wraps, warm bowls, acai, smoothies, freshly baked treats, and much more. Currently we have 3 locations and looking to expand further. Lots of room to progress within the company. There is lots of room for creativity to work with a head chef to help create new daily deli salads.

Manage portion control and wastage to achieve margin targets as set by management. Be able to work in a small space, in front of the guests. Be able to work clean and tidy, to make sure that you minimize the hassle of small spaces. Manage kitchen processes so that food is delivered to the table in a timely manner as required by the front of house. Work closely with Managers to ensure smooth cooperation between the departments. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food standards in the kitchen in order to achieve 5/5 food standards ratings. Ensure all required compliance forms are filled out correctly and in a timely manner. Manage kitchen processes to minimise wastage Complete stocktakes as required. Manage stock levels to avoid over-ordering. Maintain kitchen equipment to a high standard, carrying out regular cleaning as required. PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience Minimum one year of experience in charge of a section Minimum one year with an open kitchen and be able to have direct contact with guests – useful but not essential Skills & interests Proven skills in food presentation and flavor pairings Fluent in English; spoken Italian is useful but not essential. Proven abilities in the areas set out in the job description. Wine knowledge is useful but not essential. Character An easy-going personality that fits with our relaxed and informal management style.
