About the Role: ** **We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slice Section Incharge to join our pastry team. This full-time position replaces a resigned staff member and offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to lead and develop a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise a team of four in the slice section. 2. Report directly to the Chef in Charge. 3. Ensure strict adherence to recipes and processes. 4. Train, develop, and oversee daily operations. 5. Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment. 6. Lead the team to success through training and quality control. 7. Demonstrate excellent motor skills and precision in cake decoration, including piping, rosette-making, and cake cutting. Requirements: - 4 to 5 years of pastry experience. - Strong leadership and teaching abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Expertise in cake decoration and finishing techniques.
