We are currently hiring: Roofers Builders Stone Masons Skilled Trades Operatives (STOs) Labourers Apprentices Adult Apprentices Position OverviewsRoofers / Roofing Labourers Install, maintain, and repair roofs using shingles, metal, or tile Work at height and follow strict safety procedures Use hand and power tools to cut and fix roofing materials Assist in carpentry, drainage systems, and basic fabrication Builders General building work: blockwork, brickwork, plastering, structural changes Read and follow plans and technical drawings High-quality finish and attention to detail Team-based project work Stone Masons Work with natural and manufactured stone Carve, cut, lay and repair stone structures and surfaces Restoration and decorative masonry work Interpret drawings and maintain traditional craftsmanship Skilled Trades Operatives (STO) Support across multiple trades: masonry, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, groundwork Operate tools and equipment safely Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards Be flexible and able to jump in wherever needed Labourers Assist skilled workers on site Load and unload materials, clean and prep job sites Use basic tools and follow instructions Great entry-level role for those new to the industry Apprentices (Including Adult Apprentices) Learn hands-on while working alongside experienced tradespeople Gain experience in roofing, building, masonry, carpentry, and more Opportunities to specialise and earn qualifications Suitable for school leavers or career changers (no experience needed — just a willingness to learn!) Ideal Candidates Will Have: Experience in construction or relevant trades (preferred but not required for apprentices/labourers) Ability to use tools safely and correctly Willingness to work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions A good work ethic and positive attitude CSCS card or other trade certifications (advantageous) Why Work With Us?
