We're looking for an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established and busy branch in Essex. Working within a strong, supportive service team, you'll play a vital role in keeping customers' agricultural and horticultural machinery performing at its best. The role: • Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic software and technology, • Repair and maintain modern agricultural machinery, • Carry out warranty, chargeable and internal repairs to a high standard, • Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers, • Adhere to health and safety best practices at all times, • Work both independently and collaboratively within a skilled team This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and excellent service skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess: • Proven experience within the Agricultural sector (modern machinery essential), • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, • Experience working with precision farming, GPS and telematics systems, • Ability to lift and handle heavy machinery safely (using specialist tools where required), • Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative, • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude, • Full, clean driving licence, • Good general health and fitness If you're switched on, technically capable, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, you'll fit right in.
