As a Kitchen Assistant at Salad Station, you’ll assist in preparing and assembling our signature Caribbean salads, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and quality in our kitchen. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of salad ingredients: washing, chopping, and portioning fresh produce. • Assemble salads and meals according to company recipes and standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines. • Help with inventory and stock rotation to ensure the freshest ingredients. • Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, supporting the head chef and team.
