WE’RE HIRING | HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER \n \n 📍 UNO Thames Hotel | Maidenhead \n \n UNO Hotels is looking for a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our 37-bedroom waterfront hotel in Maidenhead, featuring two restaurants and bars. \n \n This is not a desk-based management role. \n We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, close to the team and close to our guests — someone who leads by example and takes real ownership of the operation. \n \n The person we’re looking for will have: \n • A strong Food & Beverage background \n • Excellent hands-on operational leadership \n • A commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, payroll and profitability \n • Strong guest service standards \n • The ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a team \n • The confidence to identify operational issues and implement improvements quickly \n • A genuine willingness to get involved wherever the business needs them \n \n You may already be a Hotel Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or General Manager of a smaller hotel. \n \n Equally, we would be very interested in speaking with an ambitious Food & Beverage Manager who is ready to take the next step into a wider hotel operations role. \n \n UNO Thames operates with a flat management structure, so this position comes with significant responsibility, autonomy and direct access to senior leadership. \n \n For the right individual, there is also genuine opportunity to progress within the wider UNO Hotels group. \n If you are passionate about hospitality, commercially driven and believe great hotel managers should be visible in their operation, I would like to hear from you. \n \n Please DM me directly or send your CV to discuss the opportunity confidentially. \n #HotelJobs #HospitalityJobs #HotelOperations #OperationsManager #FoodAndBeverage #HotelManagement #Maidenhead #BerkshireJobs #HospitalityCareers #UNHotels
