· Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. · Monitor and analyse sales metrics to ensure targets are met. · Evaluate and optimize sales processes for maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. · Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. · Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates. · Ensure excellent customer service for customer satisfaction. · Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. · Resolve escalated customer issues and address challenges within the sales team. · Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. · Train and onboard new sales team members for a smooth integration. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: · Liaise with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributing to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets. · Discuss employer’s or client’s requirements, carry out surveys, and analyze customers’ reactions to products, packaging, price, etc. · Compile and analyze sales figures, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and undertake market research. · Handle customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. · Recruit and train junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets. · Produce recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management, based on market trends.. · Keep up to date with products and competitors, staying informed about industry developments and emerging trends. Requirements: · Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. · Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. · A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving targets.
