With new clients coming on weekly, this role will offer dynamic markets to work in, and the ability to advance your sales knowledge and capability with 1/1 mentoring from the founder of Sterling Group, who has over 15 years of sales experience, working for some of the biggest brands in the industry. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and to grow their career with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business using a new to market A.I dialler that will be able to connect you to hundreds of prospects weekly, very simple to use, full training will be provided, and additional sales training will be given if required. There are revenue share schemes available based on closed won opportunities, offering extremely exciting commercial opportunities. You will be reporting directly to the founder of a rapidly growing business, there will be significant career development opportunities further down the line for the right person. Duties • Use an AI dialler to speed through calls quickly, talking to many prospects that have been handpicked based on your client's Value Proposition and industry., • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals Skills • Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing techniques, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively influence decision-makers, • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals, • Familiarity with CRM management tools and sales analytics software is advantageous This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, and who may be looking to join our new business as a potential partner later down the line from 2027 onwards.
