As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional nail treatments to a high standard while creating a warm, relaxing and memorable experience for every client. Key Responsibilities • Provide professional manicures and pedicures., • Apply and maintain gel polish, BIAB and other nail enhancements., • Perform nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care and finishing., • Create nail art and bespoke designs according to client preferences., • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation., • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments., • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected and maintained., • Maintain a clean, organised and luxurious treatment area., • Provide professional advice on nail care and aftercare., • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships., • Keep accurate records of treatments and follow salon procedures., • Maintain awareness of current nail trends, techniques and products., • Promote a positive, professional and welcoming atmosphere within the studio., • Where appropriate, recommend relevant salon treatments and retail products. Essential Skills & Experience • Recognised qualification in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy or equivalent., • Practical experience as a Nail Technician., • Excellent manicure and pedicure skills., • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful results., • Good knowledge of nail health, hygiene and sanitation., • Excellent communication and customer-service skills., • Professional, reliable and well presented., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Should be experienced with: • BIAB / Builder Gel, • Gel polish, • Acrylic or hard gel, • Nail extensions, • French and contemporary nail art, • Luxury manicures and pedicures, • E-file techniques, • Men's manicures and grooming The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is passionate, creative and client-focused, with a genuine love for the beauty industry.
