We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Repairman/Handyman to join our team and maintain properties in the West London area. The successful candidate will travel between properties to conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs. While some cleaning may be required, it will primarily be for the purposes of facilitating repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections to identify issues and needed repairs in various properties. - Perform general maintenance tasks - Door installations and repairs. - Lock changes and repairs. - Wall repairs and painting. - Fence repairs. - Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed in a timely manner. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used Requirements: 1. Must be able to work full time 2. Must have a UK driving license where they can drive from property to property. 3. Proven experience in general property maintenance and repairs

Initially, this position will be for 3 days a week for the first 3 months, serving as a probationary period with the potential to transition to full-time employment thereafter. Position: Motorcycle Technician (Contractor, 3 days a week for the first 3 months) Location: Dirty Cats Motorcycles, Unit 8 Grand Parade, East Putney, London, SW15 2SP Responsibilities: - Work on custom Harley Davidsons and Triumphs, performing maintenance, repairs, and modifications. - Bring creativity and precision to every project, ensuring each bike reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. - Collaborate with our international team from America, to Ireland, to the Balkans, to brainstorm and execute innovative customisation ideas. - Participate in frequent motorcycle events, cookouts, and rideouts, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. - Maintain a clean and welcoming workshop environment for both team members and customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanic / mot tester to join our well established, busy and growing business. There is room for growth within the role and opportunities to progress. Responsibilities include: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems - Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks - Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work - Opening and closing procedure (depending on shift pattern) - Talking to customers and clearly communicating information relating to their vehicle. Requirements: - Proven experience as a mechanic or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficiency with power tools and hand tools - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams - Excellent problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or working in awkward positions Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
